20 workshop finalists will be selected to attend the upcoming YSEI Capacity Building workshop scheduled for May 2008 in Kuala Lumpur or Bangkok (we’re not sure yet). 20車間決賽將選出出席即將ysei能力建設研討會定於2008年5月在吉隆坡或曼谷（我們也無法確定） 。 The deadline for submission is the 24th of Mar 2008.申請截止日期為的是2008年3月24日。
